An Exclusive Florida Community

This community has combined beautiful aluminum gates with barrier arms for added security.  We helped make this possible by utilizing the following products:

  • Custom Fabrication
  • Parking Control Equipment
  • Gate Automation
  • Access Control

These beautiful gates with dual color paint in collaboration with CCTV and access control equipment were installed for an exclusive community located in Florida.

 

Project Details

Custom Gate Automation

Bi-parting swing gates were made from heavy duty aluminum framing in conjunction with a powder coating paint process in order to make sure the look was aesthetically pleasing to the customer.

Parking Control Equipment

Barrier gates were installed in front of the aluminum gates and are timed to open after the custom gate finishes its cycle to open.  This gives a two-fold effect for added security and prevention of both gate and car damage.

Access Control

Proximity card readers were installed and synchronized to the barrier gates allowing for residents to enter and exit the complex.  Each card entry is recorded on a computer.
