Parking Control Equipment

The parking facility location at The Radius was an intricate project.  Our goal was to provide public parking access in conjunction with private residential and retail entry.  As a result, we designed an upper-floor nesting area for the residential tenants while keeping the public parking area for customers.

Low Voltage Structured Cabling

As the building was being constructed, we ran miles and miles of CAT4 and CAT5 cable for the security, fire access controls and telephone communications.  After all systems were installed, we terminated and tested all location points to ensure perfect operations.
